2026 Elul Yoga - Next Class Sunday, August 23, 2026

As summer fades, make space for this yoga series during the Hebrew month of Elul. Each session weaves together movement, breath, and reflection, offering the soul stretch that prepares us for the sacred season ahead.

Classes are guided by Tiferet Project teachers, Cantor Julie Newman and Edie Raphael.

Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 10am

The cost is $18 per class and all levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat.
