04/23/20: Bringing in the Light: Mental Health and Wellness for the Beth Shalom Community

beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Rotating curriculum with three different programs: mindfulness, skills building, and casual conversation meant to engage members of the Beth Shalom community. We will use Zoom meetings to teach mindfulness and relaxation skills; offer specific anti-anxiety skills; as well as provide an open forum for community members to connect and have social conversations.
