Join Aaron Balleisen for a 7-week class for social players (including Game Day regulars).
The class will assume prior knowledge of basic rules and experience bidding and playing hands. You do not need prior knowledge of specific bidding conventions, or to have attended a previous Level Up Your Bridge class. Come learn, play, and have fun!

- Monday, December 15, 2026 - Week 7: Slam searching

About Instructor Aaron Balleisen
Aaron joined Beth Shalom in 2024 after moving to Pittsburgh to begin a Ph.D. in Decision Science at CMU. He started playing bridge tournaments at age 10, and has competed in national and international events. He is a Life Master and won first place in open pairs and teams events at the 2026 Pittsburgh Summer Sectional. He loves teaching bridge to strategists of all levels.
