  • Full Page Back Inside Cover (color): Dimensions are 8.5″W x 11″H. The price is $1,000.
  • Full Page ad: Dimensions are 8.5″W x 11″ H. The price is $500.
  • Half Page Horizontal ad: Dimensions are 8.5″W x 5.5″ H. The price is $360.
  • Quarter Page ad: Dimensions are 4.25″W x 5.5″ H. The price is $180.
  • Eighth Page ad: Dimensions are 4.25″W x 2.75″ H. The price is $72.
  • Single Line Name(s) Listing Only: The price is $36.
