Hilary began her career at Beth Shalom back in 2014 as an educator. She has worked in the center as a Lead Twos Educator and Lead Prekindergarten Educator. In the summer of 2016 she switched to an administrative role becoming the Director of Camp Gan Shalom, and then took over as Assistant Director under Jennifer Slattery until the summer of 2018. Hilary just completed her first year as Director of the ELC, and is entering her 6th year with the program.
Hilary is a summa cum laude graduate of Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Elementary and Special Education. Prior to working at Beth Shalom, Hilary was working in Columbia, South Carolina as a High School Special Education Teacher. She has also worked and volunteered in various Special Education programs such as the Woodlands, Camp High Hopes, and the Special Olympics.
Hilary was born and raised in Pittsburgh and lives in the North Hills area with her husband.
