Joel Ambrose is a proud gay man, Pitt alumni, Squirrel Hill resident, and he currently serves as the Director of Ticketing and Patron Services at City Theatre.
City Theatre’s mission is “to develop and produce work that engages and challenges a diverse community” and they celebrate their core values of “Community, Collaboration, Creativity, and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility.”
Join Joel as he discusses both his journey as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, the importance of City Theatre’s unwavering values even though they are being challenged today, and how they parallel with our Jewish principles of standing up for our values.
