Pre-Benei Mitzvah Retreat - May 12 through 14

The Pre-Benei Mitzvah retreat is just around the corner.! This year's retreat will be take place from Friday, May 12, through Sunday, May 14.

We strongly encourage all of our 5th and 6th grade families you to join us for this retreat, one of several membership milestones at Beth Shalom. This is an essential way to create connection among our younger families. The price is $360/family. Questions? Contact Rabbi Mark Asher Goodman at mgoodman@bethshalompgh.org.

Please note that this price is heavily subsidized through the generous grant from an anonymous donor, which does not entirely offset the cost to Beth Shalom. The unsubsidized price per family of four is approximately $500.

There are opportunities for participation. If you are confident in you or your child's ability to lead one of these items (Rabbi Adelson will review these things with you), please sign up for one or more of these by checking the service parts you would like to be involved in. After a list of service leaders is compiled, Rabbi Adelson will assign parts to those participating.
